My Google Code-In Participation

First of all I would like to thank Google, Wikimedia and other organisation for organizing such a grand event online. This online event it helping the undergraduate a lot, to understand their limits. I am Anurag De of Class 9. I am 14 years old and I am from India: A developing country. I came to know about this grand event happening Online from my friends and they even assisted to participate in it. My first task was to install Ubuntu in my local Computer, but I was having some problem while I was trying to Install Ubuntu 15.04 , so I had a chat with the mentors ad they said me to try to install it virtually, and I was successful in installing it, and this is how i completed my first task. I am Anurag De. I live in Kolkata,West Bengal. I read in Delhi Public School, Joka South Kolkata. I am a web developer and a programmer at the age of  14 . I started with  Html  and  CSS  when I was  8  years old. Now, I am learning C language, scratch, javascript, php and python. GCI (Google Code-In) is a global and open source(OS) competition for age range 13-17 years pre-university students. This contest is funded by Google.
